At Katie Gaubert Designs, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality custom-designed print-on-demand items. Due to the personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the item you received is damaged.

If your product arrives damaged, please follow these steps:

1. Submit a Return Request: Contact us within 30 days of receiving your order.
2. Provide Proof: Include a clear photo of the damaged item with your request.

All return requests can be sent to katie@katiegaubert.com.  Please note that customers are responsible for return shipping costs. 

Once we review and approve your return request, we will provide instructions for the return process.
